What's New At Marine FCU...
Required Change To Your MFCU@Home User ID
Your User ID, not your password will need to be changed. You will be prompted to change your User ID (which is your account number) to an ID that does not contain your account number.
Example: Current User ID 111111.
Change to: xyz123 (this is a sample only use between 6 and 20 characters for your User ID)
Changing your User ID will prevent your account number from showing up on each page behind MFCU@Home. This is an extra security feature added to keep your information safe and better protect you from fraud.
Now Available: VISA Gift Cards
VISA Gift Cards are now available for purchase at Marine FCU Branches. The fee is only $2 per card and you can have them set up for any amount between $10 and $500. VISA Gift Cards are good at millions of places including retail and online merchants.

Take advantage of our Holiday Loan between November 1 and December 31.
Borrow up to $1,200 at a 12% Annual Percentage Rate for qualified members.*
When approved, open a Christmas Club Account with direct deposit and Marine FCU will deposit $5 into your club account. To apply for a Holiday Loan, stop by any branch or call the Member Resource Center at 910.577.7333 or 800.225.3967, option 1.
*12% Annual Percentage Rate is for qualified members with an excellent credit history, and for first time borrowers. The rate will be higher for members with previously corrected credit problems.
Christmas Club
Stock up next year with a Marine FCU Christmas Club.
Save throughout the year and you'll know exactly how much you'll have to spend for the holidays next year. Your Christmas Club will be transferred into your Share Savings or MarChek Account or mailed to you on the first of November.
Stop by any Marine FCU location or apply online via a secure application though MFCU@Home.
BALANCE Financial Fitness Program
Marine FCU is dedicated to helping you realize your financial goals reducing your debt, saving for higher education, buying your first home, or planning for retirement. Which is why we are excited to announce your newest benefit of membership: BALANCE Financial Fitness Program.
Through BALANCE, you have access to free, unbiased money management information and assistance. All you have to do is make a toll-free phone call.
BALANCE counselors can answer many of your questions immediately from how long an item stays on your credit report to whether it's better to lease or buy a car. For more complex issues, such as debt elimination or budget development, an appointment will be giving you the personal attention you need to meet your objectives.
If bills have gotten out of hand, your counselor may be able to arrange a Debt Management Plan. BALANCE negotiates with creditors to reduce interest and fees so you can pay your debt quickly and efficiently. As a member of Marine FCU, the program's monthly administration fee of $20 is waived.
To use the new program, simply call 888.456.2227. Counselors are available Monday through Thursday 8am 11pm, Friday 8pm, and Saturday 8pm (EST) or click here for more information.
