- Warrant Officers scheduled to attend, or attending Warrant Officer Basic Course at TBS or;
- Staff Non-Commissioned Officers scheduled to attend, or attending the SNCO Academy.
Applicants, please do the following:
- Stop by a branch and see a Member Service Specialist
- All three pages of the membership application must be completed; signatures on 2nd and 3rd pages MUST be notarized. The second page of the Consumer Loan Application must also be notarized. Seal must be visible in faxed copy
- The application, along with a copy of a government ID, (i.e. valid state driver’s license with picture and signature), and Social Security card may be...
