Who We Are:
We're a credit union that started with just eight people pooling together $40 to create a financial institution that is different than a bank. As a credit union, we make people a priority in interactions with members as well as business decisions. We believe in living better together with our surrounding communities by giving back through volunteering time, money, or talent to local causes. We are an organization that is committed to serving communities of Marine Corps Installations.
Our Corporate Headquarters is based out of Jacksonville, NC, which lends opportunities for employees to work in various departments or branches. Many of our employees begin their careers in a branch or the Member Interaction Center.

Job Title: IT Specialist –SharePoint & Power Platform Administrator
Location: Jacksonville, NC (Hybrid/On-site)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SharePoint & Power Platform Administrator with expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to join our team. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining business solutions that streamline operations and enhance collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
- Build custom business applications using Power Apps and automate processes with Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure SharePoint governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
- Provide end-user support and training for SharePoint and Power Platform tools.
- Utilize AI in process improvement and agent & bot creation.
- Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and Power Apps; identify trends, outliers, and opportunities to drive business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and content management.
- Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, R, and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, or Azure Logic Apps.
- Knowledge of data connectors, Common Data Service (Dataverse), and REST APIs.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, MS-600) are a plus.
