Combination Mortgage (80/15/5) Loan
We've combined a first and a second mortgage that closes at the same time to save you money! This type of loan allows you to avoid private mortgage insurance (PMI), has a low down payment, and a fixed rate.
So what do the numbers (80/15/5) mean? Say you want to finance a $200,000 mortgage. That would get broken up into two mortgages that we combine into one: 80% ($160,000), 15% ($30,000), with a 5 % ($10,000) down payment.
